Susan Romans Founder

Susan "Susie" Romans is a dedicated professional who combines nursing and counseling to help others. A native of Greensburg, KY, she began her career by graduating from Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing Lexington, KY in 1968. Driven to further her education, she obtained a BSN in 1982 and an MS in Counseling/Education in 1990, both from IUS. Her expertise led her to become licensed as a Registered Nurse in both Kentucky and Indiana, a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana, and a certified Master level Addiction Counselor. She served as an RN and counselor at a Veterans Hospital for more than 35 years. In 2006, Susie opened a private practice, Choices Counseling, LLC. Roszella Susan "Susie" (Judd) Romans passed away on June 2, 2021, at the age of 73.
